Andrew McDougall was pick 5 in the 2000 AFL draft to the West Coast Eagles Football Club and also played for the Western Bulldogs football club over an 8 year AFL playing career. Andrew has been a player in the Western Australian Talent pathway at State 16’s, State 18’s level and as an All-Australian Footballer, winning the Ron Barassi medal for the best player in the international competition. Andrew has been nominated for an AFL Rising Star in 2003 and finished of his career with a premiership for the Subiaco Football Club in 2014. Andrew is currently the General Manager of Player Management and has had over 11 years’ experience as an AFL player manager and at Corporate Sports Australia. Andrew works to negotiate his players the best playing contracts, endorsements and provide his clients with all the support and guidance from his 18 years in the industry.

Charlie is an AFLPA accredited agent, having joined the CSA team at the start of 2023 with the strong desire to assist potential draftees in their pursuit of achieving their dreams of making the AFL & AFLW. Having spent time navigating his legal studies whilst playing WAFL football, Charlie understands the importance of getting the balance right. The welfare & wellbeing of the players is always Charlie’s first priority, he gets great pleasure from helping them navigate through the rigours of their footballing journey.

Daniel started his football career at the Talent Manager at the South Fremantle Football Club before becoming the league Football Manager for the Subiaco Football Club during the premiership era. Daniel has worked with two AFL clubs as a talent scout, closely analysing the best talent each year in the WA State 18s, WAFL Colts and PSA football programs alongside a number of high-profile AFL recruiters.
